Egg Paneer Curry Recipe You have tried so many egg recipes and paneer as well. But today I am sharing a unique recipe of egg gravy in which I am making paneer by using egg. Yeah you read it right. So let’s try this delicious and yummy recipe in dinner or lunch today.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Egg Paneer Curry

For Making Paneer With Eggs

  • Eggs = 5
  • Salt = 1/4 tsp or as per taste
  • Steel container = 1, airtight
  • Oil = for greasing

For Gravy

  • Onion = 2, finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 3, finely chopped
  • Ginger = 1 inch piece, grated
  • Tomato = 2, finely chopped
  • Fresh cream = 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder = 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Green coriander = 3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Cumin seeds = 1/2 tsp
  • Curd = 2 tbsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Oil = 4 tbsp

Instructions For Making

Step 1

Firstly for making paneer by eggs, take a bowl, break eggs into the bowl, dd salt.

Step 2

Now beat them well.

Step 3

Now in a steel container, grease oil inside it. Pour the whisked egg into the container and cover the lid of container so that it should not open in between.

Step 4

Take a large vessel, add 1 litre water in it and bring it to a boil.

Step 5

Place the container into the boiling water and let it in it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the container from it and keep it aside for cooling.

Step 6

When container becomes cool, open the lid and cut the egg into pieces and take them off from the container. Paneer is ready.

Step 7

Take a grinder jar, add onions, green chilies and ginger in it and grind them to make a fine paste from it.

Step 8

Then add chopped tomatoes in the jar and pureed them as well.

Step 9

Take a wok, add oil in it and heat it up. After heating of oil add cumin seeds in it and let them splutter for few seconds.

Step 10

Further add prepared onion paste in it and stir it till it turns into pinkish in color.

Step 11

After 4 to 5 minutes, add tomato puree in it and mix well for 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 12

Now add all the spices like, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix all the spices with the gravy. Cook all the spices till oil oozes from the gravy. Add curd and fresh cream in it and mix well

Step 13

Furthermore, add a cup of water in the gravy and mix it. Once it takes a boil, cook it for more 4 to 5 minutes on a medium flame and then add the prepared egg paneer pieces in the gravy and gently mix it.

Finally, add garam masala powder and chopped coriander in it and serve it.

Your delicious egg paneer gravy is now ready to serve. Serve it hot with naan or chapati or paratha. Enjoy.
