Egg Chow Chow Recipe Hello readers!! Today I am here with the new recipe of delicious and healthy breakfast recipe. The healthy boiled eggs and potatoes are full of carbohydrates, calcium and proteins, what is more good than the full bowl of healthy breakfast. Good thing is, this recipe does not need much ingredients and it is really a quick and easy recipe which you can make even in your busy mornings. So let’s know how to make this delicious breakfast.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Egg Chow Chow

  • Boiled eggs = 2, boiled
  • Potato = 1 small size, chopped in cubes
  • Onion = 1, chopped
  • Green coriander = 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Green chilies = 1, finely chopped
  • Sauce or dip = whatever you like
  • Oil = for frying
  • Salt = as per taste

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly, take boiled eggs and separate egg white and egg yolks.

Step 2

Cut the egg whites into pieces and keep it aside.

Step 3

Now take a fry pan, add oil in it and heat it up.

Step 4

Once oil gets heated, add chopped potatoes in it and fry them slightly. After frying them remove them from the pan and keep aside.

Step 5

Further add chopped onion, green chilies and coriander in a similar pan, and saute for bout a minute. Turn the flame on low and continue to stir them.

Step 6

Then add your favorite sauce in it and mix it well.

Step 7

Add fried potatoes and boiled eggs in it and mix well. Also add salt and mix well. Turn the flame off.

Finally, your delicious egg chow chow is now ready to serve. Serve them hot by topping it with egg yolk. Enjoy.
