So today I am sharing a new paratha recipe as i have already share a lot of paratha recipes so I thought of sharing another one. This paratha is made with hung curd ( for making hung curd, just take a thick curd, add it to the muslin cloth, tie it and hung it to the tap till it drops its all water), wheat flour and other basic ingredients. This paratha goes well So let’s know how to make this delicious curd paratha recipe.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Dahi Paratha

  • All purpose flour = 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour = 2 cups
  • Hung curd = 2 cups
  • Onion = 1, small size, grated
  • Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder = 1 tsp, roasted
  • Cumin powder = 1 tsp
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Water = 1 cup
  • Oil = for frying

Instructions For Making Curd Paratha

Step 1

Firstly, take a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder and a tsp of oil.

Step 2

Now mix all the ingredients well to combine everything evenly.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, add hung curd, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, chopped onion, chopped green chilies. Mix well with the curd.

Step 4

Take a portion from the kneaded dough and make two balls with the flour.

Step 5

Roll them in a circular disc by rolling pin.

Step 6

On the one roti, spread the prepared curd mixture and then put another roti on it. Press the corners of the roti with wet fingers and flat in gently by rolling pin.

Step 7

Put a griddle on a flame, heat it on a medium flame, now add the prepared paratha on the griddle. Grease some oil and after 10 seconds, flip it and roast it till golden spots appears on it. Roast it from both sides.

Finally, your delicious dahi paratha is now ready to serve. Serve it hot with pickle or any other sabji or chutney.
