As we all know that kebab is everyone’s favorite food snack and we can enjoy it anywhere and anytime. So today we are going to make a very tasty and easy veg kebab recipe. This dahi ke kebab is very tasty and too easy to make it at home. If you are a pure vegetarian and wants to eat kebab then this recipe is treat for you. So lets start this simple and tasty recipe with a quick hand.
Necessary Ingredients We Required
- Curd or dahi = 1 kg
- Cottage cheese or paneer = 50 gm
- Processed cheese = 25 gm
- Onion = 1 cup, finely chopped
- Green chilies = 3 nos, chopped
- Ginger = 1 inch, grated
- Fried onion = 1 tbsp
- Gram flour = 1 tbsp
- Garam masala = 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder = 1 tsp
- Cumin powder = 1/2 tbsp
- Black salt = 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper = 1/4 tsp
- Mint leaves = 1 tbsp, chopped
- Coriander leaves = 1 tbsp, chopped
- Salt = to taste
- Oil = for frying
- Bread crumbs = 1 cup
Methods For Making Dahi Ke Kebab
Take a bowl and cover it with a muslin cloth.
In the same bowl add curd or dahi and tie it with muslin cloth.
Squeeze out excess water as much whey as possible carefully.
Now transfer it in another bowl and take cottage cheese or paneeer and grate it into the curd.
Take processed cheese and grate it in the above ingredients. Mix everything well.
Now add onion, green chilies, black salt, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, cardamon powder, garam masala powder, fried onion, gram flour, black salt, grated ginger, chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Mix everything well. If you want to add more ingredients you can add.
Now take small portion from it and start making tikki or kebab from it.
After making all kebab from the mixture, refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.
Now take breadcrumbs and start coating kebab in it well.
Heat enough oil in a pan and start frying kebab in it till they became golden it color.
Your Dahi ke kebab is now done. Serve it hot with your favorite dips.
