Necessary Ingredients Required For Crispy Egg Finger

  • Eggs = 6
  • Onion = 1, medium size, finely chopped
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Green coriander = 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes = 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour = 2 tbsp
  • Fine flour = 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs = 1 cup
  • Oil = for deep frying

How To Make It In Easy Steps

Step 1

Take a bowl, break eggs in it and add salt as per taste.

Step 2

Now add green coriander, chili flakes and onions. Beat it well.

Step 3

Take a cake mould and grease oil on it.

Step 4

Take a vessel, add 1 and half glass of water in it and let it boil.

Step 5

Put a stand in water and then in a greased mould add beated egg mixture.

Step 6

Put this mould on a stand and then cover the lid. Let the egg steamed for 15 minutes on a high flame.

Step 7

After the mentioned time, open the lid and see that egg is set in a mould.

Turn the flame off now and take off the mould from vessel.

Now with the help of a knife, remove the sides of egg and take it out from it.

Cut the eggs with the help of knife. Cut them into 1 inch pieces.

Take a bowl, add corn flour, fine flour and salt. Gradually add water and make a thick batter from it.

Add oil in a pan and heat it up.

Dip the egg finger in batter and then coat bread crumbs on it.

Make all the egg fingers with this process and then add them in oil.

Fry them till turn crispy and golden brown, flip occasionally.

Shake off to remove the excess oil.

Your crispy egg fingers are ready to serve. Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
