Creamy White Sauce Pasta Recipe Hey guys!!! Today I am sharing a delicious recipe of white sauce pasta with an Indian twist and flavor. This cheesy and creamy pasta is perfect for your food cravings as I have added milk in it which makes it more creamy and rich in flavor. Also I am adding a little amount of spice in it but if you love to eat spicy food then you can increase the quantity of spices though. So let’s know how to make it.
Ingredients Required For Creamy White Sauce Pasta
- Pasta = 15- gm
- Onion = 2, chopped in petals
- Capsicum = 1, chopped in cubes
- Chili flakes = 1/2 tsp
- Oregano = 1/2 tsp
- Back pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste = 1 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
For White Sauce
- Milk = 1 glass
- All purpose flour = 1.5 tbsp
- Butter = 1,5 tbsp
- Bay leaf = 2
- Cloves = 4 to 5
- Cheese = 1 cube
Instructions For Making It
Firstly in a pan, add 2 to 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add some salt and a tsp of oil in it and then add pasta in it for boiling. Boil pasta until it 80% cooked.
After boiling pasta, drain off all the water and keep pasta aside for cooling. Make sure pasta must not be overcooked.
In a pan, add some butter and then add ginger and garlic paste and saute for a while, then add chopped onion and capsicum in it. Saute for a while and then add some salt and black pepper powder in it. Mix both the ingredients well. Keep them aside.
Now in a separate pan, add butter and after melting it, add fine flour (maida) in it and roast it on a low flame till beautiful aroma comes from it. Do not over roast it or it changes color.
Then add milk in it and continuously stir it to make it lump free. Add chili flakes and the cooked veggies and pasta in it and mix all the ingredients well. Turn the flame low and cover the lid for a while.
Furthermore, add a cube of cheese, mix it and finally serve it.
Your delicious creamy pasta is now ready to serve. Serve it hot by sprinkle oregano and enjoy.
