Corn Chivda | How To Make Corn Chivda At Home

Today I am going to share a very tasty, easy and quick making snack recipe that is Corn Chivda recipe.  This is not only a very quick making recipe but a healthy recipe also. This corn chivda is not only easy to make but also you guys can store it in your kitchen for a long time. Corn Chivda is something which you can enjoy in your tea time or serve in front of  your guests at any time. So in today’s kitchen we will make corn chivda in market style. Lets start the recipe with a quick hand.

Necessary Ingredients We Required

  • Raw corn flakes = 2 cup
  • Raw peanuts = 2 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts = 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves = 17 -18 leaves
  • Black raisin = 1 tbsp
  • Dried coconut = 1/3 cup, finely sliced
  • Salt = to taste
  • Sugar powder = 1 tbsp
  • Oil = for frying

Method Of Making Corn Chivda

Step 1

Take a deep pan and heat oil on medium flame.

Step 2

Add the raw corn flakes into the oil and fry until done.

Step 3

Now in the same oil add the raw peanuts, cashew nuts and fry them foe few seconds until done.

Step 4

Now fry the dried coconut until it become nicely golden.

Step 5

Fry the curry leaves for few seconds now.

Step 6

At last fry the black raisin in the oil.

Step 7

Take a bowl and transfer fried cornflakes, peanuts, coconut, raisins and curry leaves. mix them well with the help of a spoon.

Step 8

Now add the salt  and powdered sugar and mix everything well.

Your Corn Chivda  is now ready to serve. Enjoy it with your tea and snacks time.
