Coconut Macaroons Recipe Hey readers!! i hope you all are doing good. Today I am here for sharing the recipe of very delicious cookies or biscuits recipe. This is coconut macaroons recipe which is really good in taste and the process of making is also easy. The good thing is that it does not require much ingredient for making it. All it need are just condensed milk and desiccated coconut. You can serve these cookies in front of your guests and can also store them for about a month in an airtight container and enjoy at tea time in evening. so let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required for Coconut Macaroons

  • Condensed Milk = 1 cup, sweetened
  • Desiccated coconut = 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
  • Cherries = 15, halves
  • Butter = 2 tbsp

Instructions For Making In Steps

Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add condensed milk in it and then beat it with a whisker for 5 minutes continuously.

Step 2

Then gradually add desiccated coconut in it and then mix it well with the condensed milk. Make sure that you have added coconut in batches.

Step 3

The consistency of the mixture should not very thick but a dropping consistency.

Step 4

Now add vanilla essence in the mixture and mix all the things well.

Step 5

Ones the mixture is prepared, pre heat your oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Till the oven is pre heated, start making biscuits now. Grease your palms with butter or oil, take a small portion from the mixture and make a round ball from the mixture.

Step 7

Slightly press the ball to flatten it. Make all the macaroons with the similar process.

Step 8

In a baking tray, grease it well with butter or coconut oil, then add these prepared macaroons on the tray.

Step 9

Add halved cherries on the macaroons and slightly press them so that they stick on the macaroons.

Step 10

Now put the tray in a pre-heated oven and then bake it for 15 to 20 minutes. You can bake them as per your oven temperature, as the temperature of the ovens are differ.

Step 11

Ones they are baked, remove them from the oven and put them on a wired rack for cooling.

Your coconut macaroons are now perfectly cooked. Serve them after cooling and you can also store them in a airtight container for a month and enjoy whenever you want.
