Chocolate Cupcake Recipe | Eggless Chocolate Cupcake Recipe

Chocolate Cupcake A cupcake is basically a small cake which is designed to serve one person. These cupcakes are made in small thin cup of paper or aluminium cups. These tiny cakes are look so cute and delicious, they also have icing on their tops. The method of making them are quite similar to the cakes but the only difference is in their size. Let’s know how to make them.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Chocolate Cupcake

  • Milk = 1 cup, hot
  • All purpose flour = 2 cups
  • Butter = 5 tbsp, melted
  • Vanilla essence = 2 tsp
  • Cocoa powder = 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda = 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice = 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar = 1 cup
  • Milk = 1 cup, at room temperature
  • Salt = a pinch

Ingredients For Topping

  • Whipping cream = 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder = 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate = 1 tbsp, melted
  • Instant coffee powder = 1 tsp

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add hot milk in it and after warming it, add lemon juice and mix it well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2

After 15 minutes, add melted butter and vanilla essence and give it a good stir.

Step 3

Further put a strainer on it and sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Mix them well for combing them evenly and then add baking soda and baking powder in it.

Step 4

Using a whisk, mix the mixture well and gradually add milk at room temperature and then whisk it well so that the batter becomes lumps free.

Step 5

Take cupcakes and add the batter in it.

Step 6

Pre heat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes and then add these cupcake tray in the oven.

Step 7

Bake these cupcake for 15 minutes. Then let the cupcakes cool by putting them aside.

Step 8

Until then, take a mixing bowl, add whipping cream in it and then add coffee powder, cocoa powder and melted chocolate in it. whisk all the things together.

Step 9

Take a piping bag, put star nozzle in it and then fill the bag with the whipped cream.

Step 10

Finally, decorate the cupcakes with the cream.

Here your chocolate cupcake are done for serving. You can also refrigerate them for an hour. Enjoy.
