Chocolate Brownie Recipe Without Oven | Choco Brownie In Pan

Chocolate Brownie Recipe This is a delicious, quick and healthy brownie recipe. It does not take much ingredients and time in making as I am using minimum ingredients to prepare it. You can easily make it in a pan as this is a no oven recipe. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Chocolate Brownie

  • Choco powder = 1/2 cup
  • Oil = 2 tbsp
  • Eggs = 2
  • All purpose flour = 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar = 1 cup
  • Butter = 6 tbsp, melted
  • Walnuts = 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Vanilla Extract = 1/2 tsp

Instructions For Making No Oven Brownie

Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add choco powder and oil in it and mix it well till oil completely mixes with choco powder.

Step 2

Take another bowl, break eggs in it and whisked them well.

Step 3

Add these whisked eggs in choco powder and whisk them together till they mix well.

Step 4

Add melted butter, whisk it again and then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract in it. Mix them till all the things gets mixed evenly.

Step 5

Then gradually add all purpose flour in it and mix till it turn into a thick batter or dough like consistency.

Step 6

Take a large size vessel, add salt in it and place it on a medium to low flame to pre-heat it and place a stand on it. Cover the lid of a pan and let it heat for 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 7

Now in a cake mould or any pan, grease some butter and then transfer the brownie mixture in it. Spread it evenly by tapping it and now add chopped cashews on it.

Step 8

Place this mould on a stand and cover it. Turn the flame low and let it cook for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 9

After the mentioned time, take a toothpick and prick it in a brownie, if it comes out clesn then our brownie is ready.

Step 10

Let it cool for some time and then cut it by using knife.

Serve it after meal or enjoy whenever you want.
