Chili Cheese Toast Recipe This toast recipe is cheesy and spicy as it includes chili flake and green chilies. This is such an amazing and quick breakfast recipe which you can easily make within no time. There are many variation of making chili cheese toast. This is my recipe Of making toast as I am adding green capsicum and garlic to make it more aromatic and flavorful. This is an oven recipe, if you do not have oven then you can also make it on pan or kadai. That melting cheese in mouth with the flavor of garlic is just yummm. Let’s know how to make them at home.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Chili Cheese Toast

  • Bread slices = 4
  • Processed cheese = 1/2 cup, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese = 1/4 cup, grated
  • Chili flakes = 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves = 2 tsp
  • Butter = 1/4 cup, at room temperature
  • Garlic = 4 to 5 cloves, finely chopped
  • Green capsicum = 1/2 finely chopped
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped

Process Of Making In Some Easy Steps

Step 1

If you want then remove the wedges of bread and keep them aside. I am keeping the wedges of bread.

Step 2

Now take a small bowl, add butter in it and along with the butter, add green chilies and garlic. Mix it well with butter.

Step 3

Now take bread slices and apply this butter onto slices.

Step 3

Add grated mozzarella cheese onto bread slices.

Step 4

Now add chopped green capsicum and chili flakes onto slices.

Step 5

Add processed cheese and chopped coriander leaves.

Step 6

Transfer these bread slices onto a baking tray.

Step 7

Bake these slices on 200 degree celsius.

Step 8

Take them out from oven and then cut them in triangle shapes.

Your chili cheese toast are ready to serve. Serve them hot and enjoy.

Suggestions

  • If you don’t like capsicum, then you can totally skip it.
  • You can also add salt or black pepper powder if you want.
  • You can choose any bread, whole grain or white. This is totally up to you.
