Chili Cheese Sabudana Vada Recipe This vada or bada is really a delicious and unique recipe which makes your lips smacking and mouth watering. An amazing and tasty recipe is made with potatoes, cheese and sago. The flavor melting cheese is just yummy. Although the process of making is not too stiff as it can only take time to soak sago, that’s it. Its preparation does not take much time and efforts. So let’s know how to make this unique and delicious vada at home.
Ingredients Required For Chili Cheese Sabudana Vada
- Sago or Sabudana = 1 cup
- Roasted peanut = 1/2 cup
- Cheese = 4 cubes
- Mozzarella cheese = 60 gm, grated
- Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
- Salt = as per taste
- Lemon juice = 1 tbsp
- Potato = 2, large size, boiled, mashed
- Cumin powder = 1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil = as required
Instructions For Making Vada Step By Step
Step 1
Take a bowl, add sago in it, wash them well and then drain all the water from it.
Step 2
Now soak it for overnight or for 5 to 6 hours.
Step 3
Take a blender jar, add roasted peanuts in it and grind them.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, add soaked sago, chopped green chilies, lemon juice, peanuts powder, boiled potatoes, salt and cumin seeds.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients well so that everything gets mixed evenly. Now add mozzarella cheese and processed cheese. Mix them well.
Step 6
Grease your hands with oil and pinch a regular size vada portion from it. Round it into a circular shape and then flatten it slightly.
Step 7
Make all the vada with the similar process.
Step 8
Take a pan, pour oil in it and heat it up, after heating of oil, add prepared vada in it.
Step 9
Fry them on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in color. Flip them ones they fried well from the one side.
Step 10
Flip them occasionally for avoid burning. Strain the excess oil and put them in a plate. Fry the remaining vada with the similar process.
Your chili cheese sabudana vada are ready to serve. Serve them hot with mayonnaise or sauce. Enjoy with your family.
