Chicken Kurkure A very crispy and delicious recipe of chicken is chicken kurkure. The process of making is so easy that you can easily make it within a very less time. You can make these chicken kurkure in kitty parties, guest appearances or for snacks. They are seem to be a good starter recipe which you can make to impress everyone. Let’s know how to make it in simple steps.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Chicken Kurkure

  • Chicken = 250 gm, chopped in thin slices
  • Garlic = 7 cloves, crushed
  • Chili flakes = 1/2 tsp
  • Black peppercorns = 1/2 tsp, crushed
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Egg = 1
  • White vinegar = 1 tbsp

Ingredients For Making Batter

  • All purpose flour or maida = 2 tbsp
  • Rice flour = 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour = 1 tsp
  • Semolina or rava or suji = 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Salt = as per taste

Method Of Making Step by Step

Step 1

Take a bowl, add chicken slices in it and add all the other ingredients like crushed garlic, black pepper, chili flakes, salt, vinegar and egg yolk.

Step 2

Mix all the things well with chicken slices and coat the ingredients well on chicken. Marinate it and keep it in a refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Step 3

Now lets make its batter, take a bowl, add rice flour, corn flour, semolina, black pepper powder, salt, fine flour and egg white.

Step 4

Mix all the things well and make it lumps free.

Step 5

Take a pan, add oil in it and heat it up.

Step 6

Take out the marinated chicken, take a piece of it, dip it into a batter and then add it into oil.

Step 7

Fry the chicken kurkure, don’t overcrowd the pan.

Step 8

Fry them on a medium flame to avoid burning and flip them occasionally.

Step 9

When they seems to be golden and crispier then they are ready. Shake off the excess oil and keep them out.

Step 10

Fry another batch and serve it.

Your chicken kurkure are ready to serve. Serve them hot with sauce or ketchup.
