Cheese Stuffed Paratha Hey readers!! Welcome back to the zayka recipe’s kitchen. Today I am going to share the most delicious paratha recipe with you. This paratha is liked by all the ages people. This paratha is cheese stuffed, the melting cheese comes from it and when it explode in your mouth, the moment is just yummy. Although the process of making is really easy and most of all, this will gonna be your kids favorite paratha I am sure. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Cheese Stuffed Paratha
- Potato = 5, medium size or 500 gm, boiled
- Wheat flour = 1 cup
- All purpose flour = 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese = 200 gm
- Milk = 1/2 cup
- Egg = 1
- Chili flakes = 1 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Oil = 2 tbsp
- Green coriander = 4 tbsp, finely chopped
- Spring onion = 1 tbsp, chopped
- Oil or ghee = for frying
Instructions For Making It
Take a bowl, grate boiled potato in it.
Now add chili flakes, milk, egg, salt, oil and chopped green coriander in a bowl. Mix it well.
Then add wheat flour and all purpose flour in potato and knead a dough from it.
Add 2 tsp of water if needed while kneading the dough.
Knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes and then keep it aside by covering it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Grate cheese and add chili flakes, chopped coriander, spring onions and mix all the things well.
Take a pinch from the kneaded dough and make a thick round flatten disc from it. Roll it by using hand.
Dust the flour if needed while spreading the kneaded dough into disc.
Now add 2 tbsp of cheese mixture in the center and cover it from all the sides.
Again roll it by using rolling pin and make a paratha from it. Make sure you have to roll it thick, otherwise cheese will come out from it.
Take a pan, heat it up and then add the prepared paratha on it. Grease some oil on it and then flip it.
After flipping it, add some ghee and roast it well till the golden sports appear on it and paratha will get perfectly cooked.
Cook it from both the sides.
Now make all the paratha with the similar process.
Your cheese stuffed paratha are ready to serve. Serve them hot with sauce or chutney and enjoy with your friends and family.
