Cheese Masala Omelette Basically omelettes are really easy and healthy recipe for breakfast. Though there are lot of recipes available for making omelettes, but today I am going to make healthy and cheesy omelette which is really delicious in taste and really quick and easy to make.
I know there are lot of people who just make omelettes simple, just by adding veggies and salt and they are good to go. But what if we added some more ingredients to make it more tastier? I would recommend you that you guys must try this recipe. I am using just basic things in it, but a little twist is that, using some grated cheese and oregano. Yup, a perfect breakfast omelette is ready. Let’s know how to make it. This recipe will surely liked by your kids and family members.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Cheese Masala Omelette
- Eggs = 4
- Onion = 1, medium size, finely chopped
- Tomato = 1, finely chopped
- Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
- Black pepper powder = 1/4 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Coriander leaves = few, chopped
- Cheese = 3 tbsp, grated
- Oil = 2 tsp
- Oregano = 1/4 tsp
Preparation For Making Omelette
Firstly, wash tomatoes and chopped. Also chop green chilies and onion.
Now take a mixing bowl, break eggs in it.
Now add all chopped veggies like tomato, onion, green chili. Also add chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese in it and beat all the things well.
Take a pan, add oil in it and spread it. Then add the whisked eggs mixture and make sure it will spread evenly.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and oregano on the omelette and then cover the lid to cook it fast.
Flip it cook from the other side and then transfer it in a serving plate.
Your omelette is ready to serve. Serve it hot by adding some extra cheese on it. Serve it with hot tea or toast.
