Bread Paratha Recipe | How To Make Bread Chilla At Home

Bread Paratha Recipe  A very quick, simple yet healthy recipe of bread paratha is really good for breakfast. Today I am going to make bread paratha with the leftover bread slices. This paratha includes veggies like capsicum, carrot, tomatoes so this makes it healthy. I am also using rice flour to make it crispy. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Bread Paratha

  • Bread Slices = 6
  • Semolina or rava = 1/2 cup
  • Curd = 1/4 cup
  • Carrot = 1/2 finely chopped
  • Capsicum = 1/2, finely chopped
  • Tomato = 1/2, finely chopped
  • Rice flour = 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Coriander = 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Oil = for roasting
  • Water = as needed

Instructions For Making It In Simple Steps

Step 1

Firstly, break bread into small pieces.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, add bread pieces, rava, curd and 1 cup water. Mix well till bread pieces becomes soft and mushy.

Step 3

Transfer this mixture into a blender jar and blend it to make a smooth paste.

Step 4

Add this mixture in a mixing bowl and along with that, add rice flour, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 5

Mix all things well to combine them evenly.

Step 6

Add chopped vegetables in it like, carrot, capsicum, chilies, tomato and coriander in it. Mix them well.

Step 7

Make sure that all the things get mixed and smooth in consistency.

Step 8

Pour the batter on tawa, spread gently by using ladle, add a tsp of oil on it and around the corners.

Step 9

Allow to cook on low to medium flame and then flip it gently to roast it from the other side.

Step 10

Now make all the paratha from the batter.

Your bread paratha is ready to serve. Serve them hot with ketchup of green chutney.
