Kids usually make faces and throws tantrums while having food, but also they take more interest when they see something attractive and delicious, the recipe which I am sharing is both, delicious and attractive as well. If your kids are also not having their food properly but you wanted to give them healthy food, then recipe is perfect for you. So let’s know how to make these rolls.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Bread Paneer Rolls
- Cottage cheese (paneer) = 250 gm, grated
- Bread slices = 4
- Onion = 1, finely chopped
- Green coriander = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
- Red chili powder = 1/4 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Oil = 1 tbsp
Instructions For Making It
Firstly cut the wedges of bread slices (brown part) and keep them aside.
Grate paneer well and then finely chop the onions, green coriander and then transfer them to a mixing bowl.
Now add red chili powder, salt and mix all the ingredients well. Make sure everything gets combine well and even.
Take bread slices, roll them by using rolling pin and flatten them with gentle pressure.
Now add the prepared mixture on one side of the bread slice and then apply some water by using fingertip. Start rolling it like spring roll and stick it well. Make all the rolls with the similar process.
Take non stick pan, grease some oil in it and now place these rolls on it, roast them from all the sides till a beautiful golden brown color appears on it. Roast it from all the sides by turning them.
Finally, your delicious bread paneer rolls are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with sauce or mayonnaise and enjoy.
