Bread Balls Recipe These are delicious easy and stuffed balls. The potato stuffing is prepared to stuff in bread slices and then frying them. These balls are perfect for the snack with evening tea and you can also serve them as a starter in parties. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Bread Balls

  • Bread slices = 10
  • Bread crumbs = as required for coating
  • Potato = 4, boiled and grated
  • Green chili = 2, finely chopped
  • Ginger and garlic paste = 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander/parsley = 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Oil = for frying

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly boil potatoes and grate them in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Then add finely chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Step 3

Further add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder and mix well to combine each and everything.

Step 4

Then add salt and chopped coriander in it and mix well like a dough.

Step 5

Now take bread slices and cut the sides of it.

Step 6

Now dip it water for a seconds and then squeeze water by pressing between the palms.

Step 7

Make sure you will squeeze water as much as you can otherwise bread will then absorb oil while frying.

Step 8

Take a portion from the prepared stuffing and make a round shape of it.

Step 9

Place this ball in between the squeezed bread slice and then close all the corners. Make a ball of it by closing its sides.

Step 10

Prepare all the balls with the similar process.

In a wok, add oil and heat it up. Gently place these prepared balls to the oil and fry them till they turn golden in color and flip them in between to fry them from all the sides. Put the flame on medium to fry them.

Step 12

Ones they fry well, take them out and shake off the excess oil. Transfer them to a plate

Finally, your delicious bread balls are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with sauce or green chutney and enjoy.
