Bread Aloo Paratha Recipe Today I am sharing a delicious aloo paratha recipe but with a twist. This is a bread aloo paratha recipe with a twist, for this paratha, you do not have to make a lot of preparation for this recipe as it does not require to knead a dough or rolling it or flatten it. Let’s know how I actually made this paratha.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Bread Aloo Paratha

  • Bread slice = 8 slices
  • Potato = 3 medium size, boiled
  • Onion = 1, chopped
  • Green coriander = few leaves
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Green chili = 1, finely chopped
  • Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Dry mango powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala powder = 1/2 tsp

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly, boiled potatoes well and the grate them and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Now add chopped onion, green chili, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala powder and mixed all the ingredients well so that they combined evenly with each other.

Step 3

Now take a sharp round object and cut bread into circular shapes.

Step 4

Further take these round shapes and flatten them by using rolling pin. Don’t roll it by too much force as they will break and always use fresh bread as they are soft and easy to flatten.

Step 5

Add the prepared stuffing on bread and spread it, make sure you have to left its sides, apply some water on the sides using your fingertips. Put the another slice on it and press on the sides so that it sticks well.

Step 6

Take a griddles, grease some oil and then put this prepared paratha on it. Fry this till it slightly turns golden and cooked from the sides.

Step 7

Flip it and roast from the another side as well by greasing some oil. Make all the paratha with the similar process.

Finally, your delicious bread aloo paratha is now ready to serve. Serve them hot with pickle and curd and enjoy.
