Biscuit Ladoo Recipe Hello Everyone!!! Today I am sharing a simple, quick and easy recipe of biscuit ladoo. This is really an easy and delicious recipe which you can make at home. This recipe does not need much ingredients and efforts as well yet the result is so delicious. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Biscuit Ladoo

  • Parle G biscuit = 3 packets (or any other biscuit)
  • Milk = 1 cup
  • Sugar = 1/2 cup
  • Clarified butter/ghee = 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut powder = 3/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts = 10, chopped
  • Green cardamom powder = 1/4 tsp

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly, break all the biscuits into small pieces.

Step 2

Now add them to a grinder jar and grind them well into a fine powder. Keep it aside.

Step 3

Take a wok or a pan, add oil in it and bring it to a boil. Once it boils well, then add sugar in it and stir it to dissolve sugar completely.

Step 4

Once sugar melts in milk, turn the flame on medium and let it cook till milk turns slightly thick.

Step 5

Then add ghee in it and mix well.

Step 6

Now gradually add desiccated coconut in it and mix well.

Step 7

Further add biscuit powder in it and mix well. Make sure lumps must not formed in it. If they form, then break them using spatula.

Step 8

Now add chopped cashews and green cardamom powder and mix well. Stir the mixture till it turns into a binding consistency and leaves the sides of pan and become even.

Step 9

Make sure you continuously stirring it, otherwise it will start burning from the bottom.

Step 10

When it turns thick in consistency, then turn the flame off and keep it aside for cooling.

Step 11

Start making ladoo from the mixture, take a small portion from it and roll it over your palms and shape it round.

Finally, your easy and delicious biscuit ladoo are now ready to serve. Serve them and enjoy.
