We all tried many chocolate cake before with or without bake but today we are going to make chocolate cake which is prepared by only few ingredients which can easily available in our house any time. This cake is very soft and mouth melting. The main ingredient of this cake is only biscuit. The only very good thing about this cake is that it is prepared by only biscuit and no baking powder or all purpose flour is used in it. Your kids will definitely loved this recipe and you guys can make this cake in your house anytime for your kids or guests. So lets take a look of our special biscuit chocolate cake.
Necessary Ingredients We Required
- Biscuits = 400 gm, any quality
- Coca powder = 1/2 cup
- Sugar = 3 tbsp, powdered
- Milk = 1 cup, boiled and hot
- Butter = 2 tbsp, melted
- Chocolate powder = 1 tbsp
- Cashew = 1 tbsp, chopped
- Chocolate = 100 gm, melted
- Cream = 1/3 cup
Methods For Making Biscuit Chocolate Cake
In a bowl, take biscuits and break them into small pieces.
Now in it add sugar powder and coca powder and mix it well gently.
Next add warm milk in it and mix everything well. Note that the biscuits not became powdered.
Now add 2 tbsp of melted butter and mix well.
Take a plastic container and place a wrapper sheet or butter paper in it.
Now pour the mixture in the container and spread it uniformly all over and wrap it perfectly from everywhere.
Now place the cake in the freezer for about 7 to 8 hours or you can freeze it overnight.
In a bowl add melted chocolate and cream and beat it for 5 minutes well.
Now take out the cake and transfer it in a plate and cut it into small or suitable pieces.
On the cake pieces add chocolate and cream mixture on the top. Sprinkle chocolate powder and chopped cashews and serve it to your guests and kids.
Your biscuit chocolate cake is now ready. Enjoy it.
