Besan Kadi Cubes Recipe Hey foodies!! Today I am sharing a new snack recipe of snacks which are really easy, amazing and quick recipe for the breakfasts, for snacks or for lunch boxes too. They are sweet in taste, easy to make, so that you can easily make them within a very less time. Let’s know how to make them.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Besan Kadi Cubes
- Gram flour = 1 cup
- Jaggery (gur/gud) = 1 small piece
- Water = 2 cups
- Oil = for frying
Instructions For Making It
Firstly for making these cubes, take a wok, add 3 tbsp of water in it and also add jaggery. Put it on a flame and cook it till jaggery completely melts in water.
Now add 2 cup of water in it, bring it to a boil.
Then add gram flour in it and mix well. Whisk it well till all the lumps disappears.
Cook the gram flour till the consistency of gram flour becomes thick.
The process of thickens it, will take 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure you will continuously stirring it while cooking it.
Take a mold or tray, grease it with oil and then pour the prepared gram flour mixture on the plate.
Spread it evenly and make it smooth with the help of spatula.
Keep it aside so that it will set perfectly.
Take a wok, add oil in it and heat it up. After setting of the mixture, cut it into small cubes.
After heating of oil, add the prepared cubes in it and fry them on a medium flame.
Fry them till they turn into golden brown in color. Flip them in between so that they fried well from all the sides.
Shake off the excess oil and transfer them to a serving plate.
Your delicious kadi cubes are now ready to serve. Serve them as a snack and enjoy.
