Banana Pancake Recipe | Healthy Banana Pancake For Breakfast

Banana Pancake Recipe As I have already shared a lot of pancakes recipe, but today I am here to share another healthy and delicious pancake for kids and for adults as well. This pancake recipe is good when you have them in breakfast as they are so delicious so that you can eat 2 to 3 instead of one. I am making banana pancake today. Banana is a good source of protein, carbohydrates as well. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Banana Pancake

  • Banana = 4, ripened
  • All purpose flour/ fine flour = 1/4 cup
  • Sugar = 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence = 1 tsp
  • Eggs = 2 nos.
  • Baking powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Milk = 1 tbsp or as needed
  • Oil = for roasting

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly, remove the peel of bananas and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Mash them well by using fork or spoon. Do not blend them into a grinder.

Step 2

In other bowl, break eggs and beat them well. Keep aside.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, add all purpose flour, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla essence, baking powder. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 4

Then add milk in it and make a fluffy and smooth batter from the mixture. Add more milk if required and make a lump free batter.

Step 5

Further add beaten eggs in the mixture and mix well.

Step 6

Add mashed bananas in the batter and mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth batter.

Step 7

On a pan or griddle, add some oil and then add the batter with a ladle or spoon and gently spread it in a round shape.

Step 8

Turn the flame on medium to low and cover the lid. Let it cook for a while and then gently flip it. Roast it till beautiful golden spots appears on it.

Finally, your delicious banana pancake are now ready to serve. Serve them by adding some chopped slices of banana with honey. Enjoy.
