Badam Pak Recipe Hey Foodies!!! Welcome to the zayka recipe’s kitchen. Today I am going to share a very delicious and authentic recipe of badam pak. This sweet recipe of almond barfi is really really good in taste and the best part is that it is really easy and does not required a lot of ingredients. All you need to make this sweet are just almonds and sugar. Yes, that’s all you need for this. Let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Badam Pak

  • Almonds = 1 cup
  • Sugar = 1/2 cup
  • Nutmeg = 2 pinch, grated

Instructions For Making Almond Barfi

Step 1

Firstly, take a pan, add almonds in it and roast them well.

Step 2

We have to roast almonds till they turn into beautiful golden brown in color. They slightly get burst.

Step 3

When they roasted well, turn the flame off and transfer them into a plate and let them cool for sometime.

Step 4

Till almonds get cooled, let’s start making sugar syrup for the barfi.

Step 5

For making sugar syrup, take a pan, add sugar and 1/3 cup of water in it. Put it on a flame and let it cook.

Step 6

Let the sugar cook till it completely melts in water.

Step 7

Ones sugar starts melting, turn the flame low and let it cook for 3 to 4 more minutes.

Step 8

Now take a blender jar, add roasted almonds in it and blend them into fine powder.

Step 9

Add this almond powder and nutmeg powder into the prepared sugar syrup and mix it well. Make sure that almond powder gets mixed evenly in the sugar syrup.

Step 10

Let it mix on a low flame and mix it till the consistency of the mixture turns thick.

Step 11

Now turn the flame off and let the mixture cool.

Step 12

Ones the mixture turns slightly cool, take a tray and grease it with some pure ghee and add the mixture into the tray.

Step 13

Spread mixture uniformly and tap it to set it perfectly.

Step 14

Cover it and let it cool for sometime at a room temperature for 1 hour.

Step 15

After an hour, open it and cut it into pieces.

Your badam pak is ready to serve. Serve it after your meal and enjoy it.
