Atta Ladoo Recipe Hey readers!! Today I am sharing the most easiest, delicious and healthy ladoo recipe which you can make and can give to your kids as well as elders. You can also pack them for lunch boxes in your kids as they keep them full for longer period. All you need for making these ladoo are wheat flour, jaggery and some nuts whichever you like. You can also store them for bout a week and can make them at any time as they are less time consuming. So let’s know how to make these atta ladoo at home.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Atta Ladoo Recipe

  • Wheat flour = 2 cups
  • Jaggery (gur) = 1.5 cup, fine crushed or melted
  • Milk = 1/2 cup
  • Almonds = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Ghee = 1 tbsp
  • Ghee = for frying roti
  • Water = for kneading dough

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly for making these ladoo, take a mixing bowl add wheat flour in it and then 1 tbsp of ghee. Mix ghee well with flour.

Step 2

Now add jaggery in flour and mix it evenly with the flour.

Step 3

Gradually add water and milk in it and knead a hard and smooth dough from the flour.

Step 4

Now make 11 to 12 small roti from the kneaded flour and heat griddle, fry these roti with ghee from both sides and keep aside.

Step 5

Further take a mixing bowl, break the prepared roti into small pieces.

Step 6

Add a tbsp of ghee, chopped almonds and then by sprinkle some milk mix them well.

Step 7

Take a portion from the prepared mixture and start making ladoo from it. Make ladoo as per your required size.

Your delicipus atta ladoo are now ready. Enjoy them after meal and you can also store them for about a week. Enjoy.
