Necessary Ingredients Required For Making Atta Dosa
- Wheat flour = 1 cup
- Semolina = 1/4 cup
- Powdered sugar = 1/4 tsp
- Salt = 1/4 tsp
- Eno or fruit salt = 1 packet
- Oil = 1 tsp
Instructions For Making Wheat Flour Dosa
Firstly, take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, semolina, powdered sugar and salt in it. Mix all the ingredients well.
Now gradually add water in it and make a lumps free batter from thee flour.
Make a smooth batter from the mixture. It will take 1.5 cup of water to prepare this batter.
Now add whole sachet of eno and mix it well.
Take a non stick griddle and heat it up.
After heating of griddle, add oil in it and spread it.
We do not want much heated griddle, so sprinkle some water on it and then by using ladle, take batter in it and start spreading on the griddle evenly.
Remember if griddle is too hot, the batter will not spread in it. So make sure that griddle must not be too hot. Turn the flame on medium to low andNow let it cook till it turn golden, add some oil on the sides of dosa so that it will easily flip.
When dosa starts leaving its side, then this is ready. Make a fold of it and transfer it to a serving plate.
Atta dosa is now ready to serve. Serve it crispy with coconut chutney or sambhar and enjoy.
