Amla Coriander Chutney Recipe As we all know that Indian gooseberry which is commonly known as amla has many beneficial qualities as by consuming it, it will improve many stomach problems, helps in hair growth and hair blackens hair, improve eye sight and so many benefits. Although many people does not consume amla as a fruit because of its taste. So one can consume it in his or her dies as by making its jam, making its chutney and many other ways. so here I am making its chutney which is not only delicious but also gives so many benefits. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Amla Coriander Chutney
- Indian Gooseberry (amla) = 3
- Green coriander = 1 cup
- Onion = 1, small size, chopped
- Roasted peanuts = 1 tbsp
- Roasted split chickpea (chana dal) = 1 tsp
- Green chilies = 5, finely chopped
- Garlic = 8 cloves
- Salt = as per taste
- Sugar = 2 tsp
Instructions For Making it
Firstly for making this super delicious chutney, wash amla well and pat dry them. No cut them into small pieces and remove its seeds.
Now wash coriander and clean it. Cut it, now take a grinder jar.
Add chopped amla pieces and coriander in it.
Then add chopped green chilies, garlic cloves, onion, roasted peanuts, salt, sugar and roasted chana dal.
Add a tbsp of water in it and then grind them to make a fine paste from it.
Now transfer it to a bowl or you can also store it in a glass container.
Your amla coriander chutney is now ready to serve. Serve this amazing chutney with paratha or dal rice or dosa or and other dish and enjoy.
