Amla Candy Recipe Hey guys!!! I hope you all are doing well. Today I am going to share a very healthy and digestive recipe of amla. As we all know that Indian gooseberry (Amla) contains a lots of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin AB, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Carbohydrates, Fiber and diuretic acid. As amla contains these nutrients which is really beneficial for health and keep us away from many diseases.

Amla is also beneficial for hairs, skin and increases the immunity of our body which helps us to fight back with diseases. Amla is also very helpul for the diabetes patient. We can consume amla in many ways, like we use it to make murabba, powder and candies as well. The consumption of amla is really good for us. So today I am going to make candies by using amla, these candies helps to digest food easily and also it tastes good so that children can also have it. These candies can be consumed by people of every ages. The process of making is also quick and easy. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Amla Candy Recipe

  • Jaggery (Gud) = 750 gm
  • Amla powder = 250 gm

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Take a pan, add crushed jaggery in it.

Step 2

Also add 1/2 cup of water in a pan. Let it cook till jaggery melts.

Step 3

Ones jaggery completely melts, turn the flame off and let the mixture cools for sometime.

Step 4

When it becomes cool, add half amla powder in it and mix it well to combine it.

Step 5

Further add the remaining amla powder in the mixture and mix again all the things well.

Step 6

Now the mixture is ready to make candies.

Step 7

Take a small portion from the mixture and make small balls from it.

Step 8

Put it in a plate and make all the candies from the mixture.

Your amla candies are ready to serve. Serve them after meal and enjoy it.
