Aloo Sabudana Chilla Recipe Hello everyone!! This is easy to make and the taste is just amazing. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients For Aloo Sabudana Chilla

  • Sago (sabudana) = 1 cup
  • Potato = 2, boiled and grated
  • Cumin seeds = 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger paste = 1/2 tsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Green chilies = 2, finely chopped
  • Green coriander = 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Curd = 1 tbsp
  • Oil = for frying

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly wash sago well and then soak them in water for about 5 to 6 hours.

Step 2

Boil potatoes and peel them off, grate them and keep them aside.

Step 2

After 6 hours, take a blender jar, drain off all the water from sago and add this into the blender jar. Blend it to make a fine paste, add water if required.

Step 3

Transfer this batter to the mixing bowl and also add grated potatoes in it. Mix well.

Step 4

Now add all other ingredients like chopped green chilies, ginger, coriander, black pepper powder, salt and curd. Mix everything well and even.

Step 5

Further take a griddle, pour some oil on it and heat it up.

Step 6

Pour this batter to the griddle with the help of ladle and spread it in a circular motion without breaking it.

Step 7

Let it cook on a medium to low flame without burning it and then flip it to cook it from the other side.

Step 8

Grease some oil on the other side as well and cook till golden spots appears on it.

Step 9

Once it is cooked, transfer it to a plate and fold it. Make all the chilla with the similar process.

Finally, your delicious aloo sabudana chilla are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with curd and enjoy your food.
