Aloo Paneer Puri Recipe | Cottage Cheese And Potato Puri

Aloo Paneer Puri Recipe Today I am going to share a delicious recipe of puri which is amazing in taste and goes absolutely perfect with aloo sabzi or chole sabzi. In rainy season fried food has its own craze and foodies like me will never ever miss a chance to make and eat these kinda food. So let’s know how to make it.

Necessary Ingredients Required For Aloo Paneer Puri

  • Potato = 2, boiled
  • All purpose flour = 8 tbsp
  • Wheat flour = 1 cup
  • Cottage cheese = 100 gm, grated
  • Red chili powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder = 1/4 tsp
  • Salt = as per taste
  • Garam masala powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Oil = for deep frying

Instructions For Making It

Step 1

Firstly wash potatoes well and then add them to the pressure cooker with water and boil them.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala powder. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3

Cool down the potatoes and peel them off. Mash the potatoes finely, no lumps should be found in it.

Step 4

Add this mashed potato into the flour and mix them well. Also add grated paneer in it and mix well. Gradually add water in it and knead a smooth lumps free batter from the mixture.

Step 5

Rest the dough for about 15 minutes and heat oil in a pan or a wok.

Step 6

Pinch small part from the dough and make round balls from the dough. Now flatten it by using rolling pin and make a round shape of it.

Step 7

Add them to the hot oil and fry them till they turn puffy and fry them till turn light golden in color.

Finally your delicious aloo paneer puri are now ready to serve. Serve them hot with aloo sabzi or chole and enjoy.
