Aam Panna Recipe As summer is hitting in most of the places, so here I am sharing the recipe of delicious, refreshing aam panna recipe which is tangy in taste yet cooling as well. This drink is renowned for its heat resisting properties and is made with raw mangoes and mint leaves. Usually this drink is made with only raw mangoes but I like to add mint leaves as well, as it gives a cool refreshing flavor and makes your body instant refresh. So let’s know how to make it.
Necessary Ingredients Required For Aam Panna
- Raw mango = 5
- Mint leaves = 1/4 cup
- Sugar = 3/4 cup
- Black pepper powder = 1 tsp
- Cumin powder = 1 tsp
- Black salt = as per taste
Instructions For Making It
Firstly wash mangoes well and then peel them off.
Chop them and remove the seeds of mangoes.
Put them in a pressure cooker with enough water so that they boiled and then let them cool by keeping them aside.
Now transfer them to a blender jar and also add black salt, sugar, mint leaves, black pepper powder and cumin powder. Blend them to a smooth paste.
Transfer them to a big bowl and add 4 cups of water in it. Mix well.
Put this to a refrigerator for chilling for 2 to 3 hours.
Now pour this to serving glasses and serve chilled.
